Each graded “Authentic” by SGC. Presented is a formidable 1931 W517 Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig tandem. Hailing from arguably the most attractive “W” designation, both #4 Ruth and #35 Gehrig display writing and reverse glue residue consistent with the technical grade. Despite those flaws, the heart of “Murderer’s Row” remains a decent pre-war option. I will entertain offers for either card if not interested in the set.
