Each card has been graded by PSA. In 1924, Willard’s Chocolate of Toronto produced its blank-backed “Sports Champions” cards, featuring a wide, international range of accomplished athletes. Of the 56 subjects showcasing an international variety of sports heroes, the three baseball players receive the most attention. This auction includes the following three cards which made up the entire baseball portion of the set: Graded PSA VG-EX 4: 2 cards w/#’s 2 Collins and 39 Cobb; PSA VG 3: 1 card, #5 Ruth. Very Good to Very Good to Excellent condition throughout.
